ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to the promptness in which items ship, once orders are made we are unable to cancel.  If there is an issue with your order, please email us at stacie@prestgraphics.com and we will try our best to assist you.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We at Prest Graphics make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects our true inventory, however sometimes items shown as available online may be out of stock. In the event that this happens we will notify you promptly and refund you the out of stock item.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

All items ship within 3-5 days of purchase. 

ORDER DISPATCH

All orders will be dispatched within  3-5 days of being placed, to accommodate processing, excluding weekends. 

Please note in times of high traffic, delays to estimated shipping times may occur. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, so we will require either a business or private street address.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

All offers and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Only one promotion code may be used per order 

  • Codes are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated.

    • Prest graphics takes no responsibility for promo codes that were not used during checkout and discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

    • A full-priced item purchased with a promotional discount does not qualify as a sale product. 

    • Order total before shipping cost must meet the promotional order minimum stated at time of checkout.

    • Prest Graphics reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time
